The new corporate IT laboratory, 80C07, is now up and running. It is a Macintosh laboratory (with thirty six G4s, and also has sophisticated AV facilities, nine remotely controlled data projectors and individual audio). A corporate print service with both black and white and colour in A4 and A3 is being installed. This will mirror the service already provided in 81C05, and will complement the ink-jet service already available in the annexe (80C06).

Fourteen new PCs have been provided for 81C05, bringing the total PC provision to thirty three, together with the fifteen Macintoshes already in place. This laboratory now offers a comprehensive and modern IT facility for all aspects of student work, as well as a valued backup for IT services in the Library.
