ISD Student Charter
 

Information Services is one of the first departments in the University to develop and publish its own Student Charter. The new charter describes the role of Information Services and the range of library, IT, media and reprographics services offered by our department. It outlines the standards our department expects to reach in terms of these services and shows how ISD measures its performance against those standards. The document summarises the responsibilities of students when using these services and describes the procedure to be followed when  problems occur.
