The National Student Forum Annual Report 2009, called for all universities and colleges to implement a systematic policy to enhance traditional teaching methods with new technologies. The use of video and screencasting is an ideal way for academics to embrace this policy by preparing lecture and tutorial material in an innovative fashion.
