Staff Email Service
Welcome to the University of Ulster’s Staff Email
Service, the use of which is governed by our
Acceptable Use Code of Practice (AUCoP) and other University
policies and guidelines. The University in the course of normal
business may monitor or record communications for activities such as
the following:

To establish existence of facts |
 |
To ascertain compliance with regulatory practices |
 |
In the interest of general security |
 |
To prevent or detect misuse |
 |
To investigate unauthorised use of networked systems |
 |
To secure effective system operation |
 |
In association with specialist training |

Please note that, as of 12th January
2012, the login interface when you click on 'Continue to Staff
Email' has changed. Information Services are working to migrate all
University staff mailboxes to Exchange 2010, and hence an upgraded
version of Outlook Web Access (OWA). In the meantime, all remaining
Exchange 2003 users will be automatically redirected to their
existing mailbox after login.
Please note that your user name should now be prefixed with the
University staff domain name and a backslash e.g. <domain
name>\<user name>
For security reasons, we cannot publish the name of the domain on
this web page, but if you require it, please contact the ISD Service
Desk (see contact details on left). |
