The University provides access to fixed telephony services for all staff within the University.  This also includes Voicemail and voice processing functionality.  Additionally call handling/call centre functionality is also available.

Complete the Telephone System Request Form (www.ulster.ac.uk/telephones) and follow the instructions on the form.  Estimated costs are £250 per extension and work is normally completed within one week.
