This service primarily allows library users to renew their book loans through the use of a 24 hour automated self-service phone line. The service also provides up-to-date information on library opening hours. |

Service allows users to renew their loans (and access opening hours
information) 24 hours a day, from anywhere, in an efficient manner. Library
users can ensure their loans do not become overdue, and can avoid incurring
overdue fines. The service is available 24 hours, all days, except for
scheduled system maintenance. It can be accessed from any phone by calling
028 9036 8530. Users can only successfully use the loan renewal service if their library account does not already have overdue books, books that have been recalled, or outstanding overdue fines. |
