Welcome to the ISD Service Catalogue. The catalogue
provides a statement on the range and scope of customer-focussed services
offered by ISD. Its development is an outcome of the University's IT
Strategy Programme and is a key component of ISD's commitment to align its
service portfolio to ITIL principles and best practice. The services are presented in their generic 'family' groups and are accessible via the 'accordian' index on the right of the screen.
