Training 

HREC can provide specialist human rights and equality law training for your organisation.

The Centre has, in the past, provided bespoke training for civil and public servants in Northern Ireland. It specialises in Human Rights Act training and anti-discrimination law training. Our practice is to design training courses to meet clients' specifications, following extensive consultation. Staff responsible for designing and delivering a training package will take cognisance of a client's practices and procedures and devise workshop activities that allow the client to investigate the application of human rights and/or equality law to certain of its functions. The client will be consulted at key junctures of the course design stage, ensuring decisions about content, length and duration of training courses lie in the control of the client.
