Sixteen members of academic staff are associated with the Centre, although two of these are presently on secondment. Professor Brice Dickson is the first Chief Executive of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission and Nuala O'Loan has been seconded to act as the first Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland.
