Consultancy and Recruitment Services - Areas of Responsibility 


The Consultancy and Recruitment Services section of the Human Resources Department was established in April 2005. Consultancy and Recruitment Services aims to provide high quality Human Resources  Services to Faculties and Departments. A dedicated team of professionally qualified HR Business Partners are available to provide advice to managers and employees on the full range of people management issues including

  • Recruitment and Selection Policy

  • Delivering an effective and efficient Recruitment and Selection service

  • Recruitment and Selection Training

  • Contracts of Employment

  • Interpretation and application of terms and conditions of employment

  • Succession Planning

  • Identifying Human Resources needs

  • Application of policies to individual situations e.g. absence management, performance management, dealing with alleged harassment, grievance and discipline.
