CULTURAL CROSSINGS: Cran - Masters of Irish Music and Song

This unique group in the Irish folk music world offers a display of dazzling technical virtuosity combined with banter and humour. Their extensive repertoire ranges from bubbling dance music to haunting slow airs, the old story-telling long ballads to lively comic songs, vocal styles from Connemara to Donegal, and material from the Scots-Gaelic and Breton traditions.
