  The Office of Innovation assists University staff in their engagement with the regional business, industry and community sectors and acts as a gateway for organisations and individuals seeking to access University expertise and resources.
Career Development Centre
  Career Development Centre (CDC) offers expertise to match your business needs to the pool of available students and graduates of the University.
Clinic
  The UU Clinic provides Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Optometry, Chiropractic, Sports Injury, Sports Massage and Reflexology services.
Conference Services
  Whether it is corporate, academic or sporting event, a conference, training seminar or exhibition, the University of Ulster has the location, facilities and services to suit your delegates and your budget.
Development Office
  Responsible for promoting opportunities for supporting the University financially through the University of Ulster Foundation and sponsorship.

Northern Ireland Centre for Entrepreneurship
  NICENT has been established as a result of a competitive bid made to the Science Enterprise Challenge (SEC) initiative. The centre is led by the University of Ulster in partnership with Queens University Belfast. The primary aim of the Centre is to drive, promote and support entrepreneurship in science and technology subjects.
