FACE 2012 Conference Fees

The Full Conference Fee includes:

• Admission to all conference sessions
  (Keynote Presentations, Parallel Paper Sessions and Roundtable Discussions)
• Tea/coffee and lunch each day
• Conference materials
• Tour of the Historic City Walls
• The Mayors wine reception
• The FACE 2012 Gala Dinner

 

Single Day attendance at the conference will be charged at £80 per day or £150 for three single days and will include tea/coffee, lunch and one day conference materials.

 

Conference fees DO NOT include accommodation. Delegates should book their accommodation directly with the accommodation provider. Please see the list of recommended hotels where preferential rates have been negotiated on the Accommodation.

Payment can be made by any of the following methods.
Credit Card

• If you are paying by Credit Card please complete part PAY1 of the Booking Form

Cheque

• If you are paying by Cheque please make payable to University of Ulster

Invoice

• If you wish the institution to be invoiced for payment please complete part PAY2 of the Booking Form

 

If you intend to present a paper ensure you complete the FACE 2012 Conference Submissions Form

Additional Information and Confirmation

All payment must be received at least seven days prior to the commencement of the conference.

 

An email acknowledging receipt of payment and confirming your place at the conference will be sent within seven days of receiving payment.  It is highly recommended that you book accommodation whilst registering for the conference to ensure that you receive your preferred choice.

 

Cancellation Policy – 50% of the conference fee will be returned if cancelled at least 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the conference.   Within 12 weeks of the conference commencing, no fee will be returned.
