Margaret Martin : in charge of the office

The Academic Registry Office at Magee combines many of the functions carried out separately by the Registry and Examinations Offices on the other campuses.

It deals with enquiries regarding admission though it does not process applications. The office is responsible for co-ordinating the arrangements for registration and enrolment, student records, notification to grant awarding bodies and dealing with students' applications to the Student Loans Company.

Academic Registry organises the summer graduations at Magee.

The office is also responsible for administrative arrangements associated with examinations including preparation of timetables, invigilation schedules, collation and printing of examination papers, issue of examination cards, issue of course results sheets, recording of progress decisions, publication of pass lists, communication of results, student progress reviews and issue of transcripts.
