Notes of Guidance - You are advised to read before completion of SA1 or SA2 form

SA1 Appeal Form (Appeal on the basis of new information not previously available to the examiners)
SA2 Appeal Form (Appeal on the basis of procedural and other irregularities)

Completed Appeal Form to be returned to the Examinations Office on the campus of study not later than:

Semester 1	Thursday 23 February 2012
Semester 2	Within seven working days of the publication date of the Board of Examiner's decision on the web (do not wait until publication of marks)
Supplementary Examinations	Thursday 13 September 2012
Semester 3	Thursday 4 October 2012
Boards outside the above periods	Appeals must be submitted within seven working days of the publication of the Board of Examiner's decision on the web

Only in very exceptional circumstances will appeals submitted after the deadlines be accepted for consideration.
